What is AIA (Account Information Access)?
AIA is an online process used to submit new accounts for collection, report any payments received in your office as well as generate reports.

What are the benefits?
Using AIA will allow you to send new accounts and payment information at your convenience. No more taking time out of your busy schedule to write up new account information or calling to report payments that a debtor may have made to your office. Also, using AIA you will be able to generate and view/print the reports you need when you need them.
Is it secure?
AIA is made available through a program known as Navigate that you login to directly through CBNA’s website. Navigate uses the following encryption to transmit data: Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) which is a combination of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol with the SSL/TLS protocol to provide encryption and secure identification of the server.
